Our Small Open S-Hook hardware is most commonly used for securement applications around the house or used for manufacturing motorcycle tie-down straps. Featuring a 1,200 lbs breaking strength and a safe assembly working load limit rating of 400 lbs. One of the major benefits of this hardware is it will hook into just about everything and can be sewn onto either 1-inch or 2-inch ratchet straps.
We carry 2 different sizes of open vinyl-coated s-hook hardware and they are approximately the same size but the different load capacities are different. The hardware vinyl coating helps to protect the hardware against dings, dents, corrosion, and rust over time as the metal is not exposed like other hardware.
