Our Large Open S-Hook is most commonly used with motorcycle tie-down straps for motorcycle securement inside enclosed trailers, utility trailers, or moving vans. One of the number one reasons this hardware is commonly used is it can be used on both 1-inch and 2-inch ratchet straps and features a 2,500 lbs breaking strength and a safe assembly working load limit rating of 833 lbs.
We carry two different sizes of open vinyl-coated s-hooks and they are approximately the same size but have different load capacities depending on the securement application needs. This hardware works great with numerous anchor points ranging from rings, rails of the trailer, or recessed anchor points installed into the floor of the trailer.
