This 4-inch replacement short end with hook and no ratchet hardware is made with your choice of optional hook hardware and the color of the webbing. This strap is designed so that you can easily bolt this strap onto your existing 4-inch ratchet hardware without the need to purchase another 4-inch ratchet hardware. Short End with Hook and Loop for Bolt, NO RATCHET. This strap includes 18 inches of tie-down webbing on the short end of the strap.
