Our 3-inch Ratchet Hardware is extremely heavy duty and features a 17,000 lbs breaking strength and a safe assembly working load limit rating of 5,670 lbs. This Ratchet Hardware is commonly used with our 3-inch polyester tie-down webbing to make 3-inch ratchet straps that are mainly used to secure heavy, oddly shaped, and oversized cargo on flatbed trailers.
Lodi Metals commonly uses this ratchet paired with our heavy-duty 18,000 lbs breaking strength 3-inch wide polyester tie-down webbing. 3-inch Ratchet Straps can be made with Flat Hooks, Wire Hooks, and Chain & Hook end fittings. The ratchet hardware is designed with a longer handle to provide ultimate leverage to ensure the cargo is secured.
