Our 3-inch Custom Ratchet Strap with Chain and Hooks is designed for use with flatbed trailers for general cargo securement, machinery, and other heavy or oddly shaped cargo securement applications. These straps are made from our 3-inch heavy-duty polyester tie-down webbing that features an 18,000 lbs breaking strength and a safe assembly working load limit of 5,400 lbs.
Polyester is the go-to choice for cargo securement applications as it provides excellent strength, and durability, and stretches very little compared to alternative webbing blends to help ensure once the cargo is secured in place it does not move during transit. The chain and hook assembly is made from a heavy-duty Grade 70 (G70) Transport Chain that can be secured to the rub rails of the flatbed trailer, d rings, and side rails.
