Our Heavy-Duty Steel Cargo Load Lock is made from heavy-duty steel that is 30 percent thicker than our standard- cargo load lock bar. This is the ideal solution for those who are having problems with standard-duty load bars that are bending.
The heavy-duty 30-percent thicker main tube helps prevent the cargo bars from becoming bent. It comes with our heavy-duty 4×4 Rubber feet that provide excellent grip and surface area against the walls of the enclosed trailer to ensure load stabilization.
This heavy-duty steel cargo load lock bar is overlength and adjusts from 96 inches to 112 inches and is ideal for wider dry-van trailers. The rubber feet provide a no-slip grip once secured against the walls of the dry-van trailer for ultimate safety and load security. The 2-inch x 4-inch rubber feet grip the walls of the trailer no matter the material the dry-van walls are made from.
These bars can be stacked in layers inside of the trailer to help reduce damage claims and improve safety for the operators against load shifts when unloading and opening the dry van doors of the trailer. The rack and housing hardware provide a 16-inch adjustment for ultimate leverage from trailer to trailer.
